Clinton Street Nutrition is a private nutrition practice located in Brooklyn, NY, founded by Eva Lewandowski, MS, RDN, CDN.

As a Registered Dietitian, I’m here to help you learn how to eat for long-term physical, emotional, and mental health. I believe in using scientifically backed, evidence-based nutrition (no quick fixes or fad diets here)! I like to think of my approach as combining clinical experience with a healthy dose of compassion to find an individualized solution for each and every client.

I also practice from a weight-neutral standpoint, meaning that my clients and I measure success by behavior change, not the number on the scale. Nutrition and eating well should be accessible to those of all body shapes, sizes, and types.

I believe in a non-diet approach that focuses on overall patterns of eating and getting enough of the good stuff rather than restriction.

Finally, I believe everyone can find the joy in food again! I’m dedicated to helping you repair your relationship with food — and with yourself!

About Me

My name is Eva, and I’m an ex-corporate gal turned dietitian nutritionist! I completed my master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics at New York University, and my dietetic internship at the James J. Peters Veterans Affairs Hospital in the Bronx, NY. The internship provided me with incredibly meaningful clinical experience, but I ultimately decided that working with clients in the outpatient setting was what excited me most.

In my free time, you can find me scoping out the best slice of pizza in Brooklyn with my husband, rooting for the Yankees, or hanging out with my tabby cat, Yogi (named after Yogi Berra, of course).
